Bipolar Support Group

BIPOLAR SUPPORT GROUP

Our Support Groups offer peer support to those affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers. These groups allow people to get much needed support, information, and the opportunity to share their experiences. They are run by trained volunteers, and supported by the charity Bipolar UK. They are free to attend and no booking is required.

Find out more about support groups on the Bipolar UK website or the Pontypridd Support Group page.

The Pontypridd support group meets at the Museum on the fourth Tuesday of every month, 6pm to 8pm and is free to attend.

Our Support Groups are intended for people aged 18 and above. If you're aged between 16 and 18 you can attend a Support Group if you're accompanied by a parent or guardian. These groups are for those affected by bipolar only, but you are welcome to bring someone to support you if needed.
