Pontypridd Camera Club, formerly the Old Bridge Photographic Society, was formed in April 1996 by a group of students from Pontypridd Adult Community Education (PACE).
We meet on the first, second and fourth Tuesdays of every month between 6.30pm & 8.30pm in the basement of Pontypridd Museum, Bridge St, Pontypridd. Our facilities include digital printing and a darkroom for black & white processing. Each year, we organise exhibitions in the Pontypridd area and field trips to different parts of the country such as Lacock Abbey, Bath and Brecon.
In 2008, the Camera Club became members of the Welsh Photographic Federation (WPF) where we involve ourselves in various inter-club competitions.
The club is open to people of all ages and abilities. If you are interested in photography, please feel free to visit to find out if the camera club is for you.
Membership Fees – £20 per year, £15 for additional family members. It is not necessary to join as a member straight away – please feel free to join us one evening to find out if our camera club is for you before becoming a member.
