The Museum is fully accessible to wheelchair users, with a lift serving all floors, and disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor and basement.
There is no dedicated parking at the museum itself. The closest disabled parking is in the Gas Lane car park at the North end of Taff Street. This is about a 300 yards away from the museum.
Museum staff are working to make the museum exhibits more user friendly and accessible, and currently there is an audio visual facility which shows films on a variety of aspects of Pontypridd’s history.
Staff are pleased to offer guided tours around the museum; these can be arranged prior to your visit to ensure staff availability.
